Attention: Everyone entering our clinic is required to wear a mask, one will be provided if needed. Upon arrival we ask that only the patient comes inside to check in. We are taking everyone’s temperature who enters our clinic.
We are here for you and thankful we can provide a healthy, safe environment for your medical care. To maintain minimum exposure, patients may only be accompanies by one other adult. Please refrain from bringing children to your appointment, as they are not permitted in our waiting room or the exam room at this time. We apologize for this inconvenience, but we feel it is extremely important to take every precaution to reduce the impact of this virus within our community.
Alaska Family Sonograms is monitoring the COVID-19 Federal and State guidelines daily. Precautions are taken throughout each day to continuously sanitize ALL touch-points. Employees are following and complying with the recommended CDC personal hygiene practices. We will limit your time in the waiting room by getting you directly to your examination room once your paperwork is completed.
We are contacting patients prior to their exam and inquiring about recent exposure to COVID-19. You will be asked if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: cough, difficulty breathing, fever or contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19. If you answered yes to these questions, you appointment will be rescheduled and you will be directed to call your primary care physician.
